糖皮质激素辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体大叶性肺炎的疗效分析

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid therapy on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods: A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were enrolled from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment.The patients in the experimental group were treated with glucocorticoid therapy, The clinical indexes, drug side effects, lung function, inflammatory index, markedly effective rate and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results: The time of fever, cough remission, X-ray recovery time, rales disappearance and hospitalization time were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group.After treatment, FEF50, FEF75 and FEF25-75 were significantly The levels of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, CRP, ESR, TNF-α and INF-γ were significantly lower than those of the control group In the control group, there was significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion: Glucocorticoid therapy is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae lobular pneumonia in children.%目的:探讨糖皮质激素辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体大叶性肺炎的疗效.方法:收集2016年1月至2016年12月入院的100例肺炎支原体大叶性肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组患儿给予常规治疗,实验组患儿加用糖皮质激素辅助治疗,比较两组患儿相关临床指标、药物副作用率、肺功能、炎性指标、显效率与总有效率.结果:实验组患儿退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、X线片恢复时间、啰音消失时间与住院时间均低于对照组;治疗后FEF50、FEF75与FEF25~75水平组间比较均高于对照组,IL-1β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、CRP、ESR、TNF-α与INF-γ水平组间比较均低于对照组;显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:糖皮质激素辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体大叶性肺炎的疗效显著,具有借鉴意义.
