新型敷料对糖尿病足溃疡治疗效果的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察新型敷料德湿康藻酸钙伤口敷料(Sorbalgon)、磺胺嘧啶银敷料(优拓SSD)对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗效果,对其应用前景进行评价.方法 105例糖尿病足患者随机分为3组,每组35例.分别给予Sorbalgon、优拓SSD、常规敷料进行换药治疗.记录并比较3组治疗效果、伤口面积减小率、愈合时间治疗主观感受;检测治疗前后患者血清炎性因子水平.结果 Sorbalgon组、优拓SSD组治疗效果、伤口面积减小率和愈合时间优于常规换药组(P<0.05),Sorbalgon组、优拓SSD组治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).3组治疗前主观评分及炎性因子差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均有明显改善(P<0.05),3组间改善程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Sorbalgon组改善程度最佳(P<0.05).结论 新型敷料Sorbalgon、优拓SSD对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗效果显著优于传统敷料,且可以有效降低炎性因子水平,值得在临床推广.%Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of new type dressings including Sorbalgon,Urgotul SSD on ulcer due to diabetic foot. Methods A total of 105 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into Sorbalgon group, Urgotul SSD group,and traditional dressing group,with 35 patients in each group. The therapeutic effects,the wound area rate, healing time,subjective feelings of patients were observed and compared among the three group. Moreover the serum levels of inflammatory factors were also detected before and after treatment. Results The therapeutic effects,the wound area rate and healing time in Sorbalgon group and Urgotul SSD group were superior to those in traditional dressing group (P <0. 05), however, there were no significant differences between Sorbalgon group and Urgotul SSD group (P>0. 05). Before treatment there were no significant differences in subjective feelings of patients and serum levels of inflammatory factors among the three groups (P>0. 05),however,after treatment these indexes were significantly improved (P <0. 05), moreover, there was significant difference in the improvement degree among the three groups (P <0. 05),and which was the best in Sorbalgon group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Sorbalgon and Urgotul SSD on ulcer due to diabetic foot are superior to those in traditional dressing,which can decrease serum levels of inflammatory factors effectively, therefor,which are worthy of application and popularization in clinical practice.
