Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Kylin pill combined with clomiphene on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its effects on serum levels of sex hormone and body mass index (BMI) of patients.Methods Sixty patients with PCOS infertility were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by clomiphene,however,the other 30 patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by kylin pill,with 3 months as a treatment course,total 2 treatment courses for both groups. After treatment the clinical curative effects were observed and compared between two groups. Moreover the changes of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH),estrogen (E2),testosterone (T),BMI before and after treatment were observed, in addition the monthly menstrual cycle,hirsutism and acne status,ovarian volume (V),the number of follicles (FN),the total area of ovary (TA) and stroma of ovary area (SA) were examined by ultrasonography,and the ratio of SA/TA of both ovaries was calculated.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that(70%) in control group (P<0.05),after treatment the levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T were significantly improved in both groups, as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),moreover,the improvement degree in observation group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment the levels of FN,V,SA/TA were significantly improved in both groups, as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),moreover,the improvement degree in observation group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment the body weight and BMI were obviously decreased in both groups,as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), moreover the decrease degree in observation group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). In addition the pregnancy rate in observation group was 26.67%,which was significantly higher than that (6.67%) in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kylin pill combined with clomiphene has definite therapeutic effects on polycystic ovary syndrome,which can improve the levels of sex hormone,body weight and BMI of patients.%目的 观察麒麟丸联合氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的临床疗效及对患者性激素和体重指数的影响.方法 将60例PCOS不孕患者采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例予氯米芬治疗,观察组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用麒麟丸治疗.2组均3个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素(E2)、睾酮(T)、体重及体重指数(BMI)的变化.观察每月月经周期、多毛及痤疮情况.彩超检查卵巢体积(V)、卵泡数目(FN)、卵巢总面积(TA)和卵巢间质面积(SA),计算两侧卵巢的SA/TA.结果 观察组总疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05).2组治疗后组内FSH、LH、E2、T结果较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后FSH、LH、E2、T改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05).2组治疗后2组组内FN、V、SA/TA较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05).观察组治疗后FN、V、SA/TA改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组治疗后月经周期、多毛、痤疮情况均改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05).2组治疗后体重、BMI均明显下降,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后体重、BMI降低优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组妊娠率为26.67%,对照组妊娠率为6.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 麒麟丸联合氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切,并能改善性激素水平、体重及BMI.
