基于多学科团队协作的健康教育对心肌梗死患者自我管理行为和护理满意度的影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of health education based on multidisciplinary team collaboration on self-management behavior and nursing satisfaction degree in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 116 patients with myocardial infarction who were admitted and treated in department of cardiology of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into two groups by means of random number table method,with 58 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given conventional health education,however,the patients in observation group were given the health education based on multidisciplinary team collaboration.The self-management behavior of patients was evaluated by exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA),moreover,the life quality of patients was evaluated by MOS item short from health survey (SF-36).Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the ESCA scores about health knowledge levels,self-concept,self-management responsibility sense and self management skills between two groups (P > 0.05),and there were no significant differences in SF-36 scores about mental health,feelings functional authority,society function,vitality,body pain,physiological functional authority,physiological functions,general health levels between two groups (P > 0.05).After nursing,the scores mentioned above in both groups were significantly increased,as compared with those before treatment,moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).In addition the nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The health education based on multidisciplinary team collaboration is beneficial to improve self-management behavior and nursing satisfaction degree in patients with myocardial infarction,so as to improve life quality of patients,thereby,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.%目的 探讨基于多学科团队协作的健康教育对心肌梗死患者自我管理行为和护理满意度的影响.方法 选取2016年1月至2017年1月心内科住院部心肌梗死患者116例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为2组,每组58例.对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用基于多学科团队协作的健康教育,参照自我管理行为测定量表(exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)评定自我管理行为,参照健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)标准评定生活质量.结果 护理前,2组健康知识水平、自我概念、自我管理责任感与自我管理技能的ESCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、活力、躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能与总体健康的SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,全部患者上述评分均明显高于护理前,护理前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组上述指标均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于多学科团队协作的健康教育有助于改善心肌梗死患者自我管理行为和护理满意度,从而提升生活质量,值得临床推广应用.
