龙花胶囊干预环磷酰胺致SD大鼠血小板减少症的实验研究

     

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of Longhua Capsule on the thrombocytopenia Model caused by CTX. Methods The 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the control group, the model group, the Lon-ghua capsule group and the interleukins - 11 group, each group with 10 rats. Except the control group, the other groups were made into models with the injection of CTX into the abdominal cavities. After the success of making models, the rats of the Longhua capsule group were administered by gavages with the Longhua capsule solution(460 rag/kg) , once a day. The rats in the interleukins -11 control group were injected subcutaneously with interleukins - 11 [ 13μg/( kg ? d) ] . The rats in the control group and model group were administered by gavages with the same volume of 0. 9% sodium chloride solution, once a day, for 14 days. The platelet count, marrow megalocaryocyte count, serum TPO and IL - 3 of the rats in each group were compared before and after the administration. Results There were marked difference between the rats of the Longhua capsule group, the interleukins - 11 group and model group on the platelet count, marrow megalocaryocyte count,, serum TPO and IL - 3 levels( P < 0. 05) ; there was no marked difference between the Longhua capsule group, the interleukins - 11 group and control group ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Longhua capsules may improve the general condition of thrombocytopenia, raise the platelet count, promote the rise of marrow megalocaryocyte count, and increase the levels of serum TPO and IL - 3 of SD rats in the model group.%目的 观察龙花胶囊对环磷酰胺致SD大鼠血小板减少症的影响.方法 将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、龙花胶囊干预组及巨和粒对照组,每组10只,除空白组外,其余各组腹腔注射环磷酰胺造模,造模成功后,龙花胶囊干预组给予龙花胶囊溶液460 mg/kg灌胃,每日1次;巨和粒对照组给予巨和粒13 μg/( kg?d)皮下注射;空白组和模型组灌胃等容积的0.9%氯化钠注射液,每日1次.各组均连续14 d,比较各组给药前后血小板计数、骨髓巨核细胞计数和血清血小板生成素(TPO)、白细胞介素-3(IL -3)水平.结果 龙花胶囊干预组、巨和粒对照组在血小板计数、骨髓巨核细胞计数、血清TPO、IL -3水平上与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);龙花胶囊干预组与巨和粒对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 龙花胶囊可改善血小板减少症SD大鼠的一般情况,具有升高血小板计数,促进模型SD大鼠骨髓巨核细胞增殖,提高血清TPO、IL -3水平等作用.
