Objective To observe the curative effect of quantitative acupuncture manipulation on acquired paralytic strabismus. Methods 156 cases of acquired paralytic strabismus ( 156 eyes) were randomly divided into treatment group, which were treated by quantitative acupuncture manipulation and control group, which were treated by conventional acupuncture manipulation. The course was ten days in two groups. Ocular movement and the strabismus degree were detected 15, 30, 90 days after acupuncture. And the curative effects were compared in two groups.Results There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rat ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The treatment group was better than the control group. There were also significant differences between two groups on strabismus degree in different periods ( P ＜ 0.01, P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The quantitative acupuncture manipulation has a significant effect on acquired paralytic strabismus.%目的 观察量化针刺法治疗后天性麻痹性斜视临床疗效.方法 将156例(156眼)后天性麻痹性斜视患者随机分为2组.治疗组92例(92眼)施以量化针刺补法治疗,对照组64例(64眼)施以普通针刺治疗.2组均10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效及观察针刺后15、30、90 d患者斜视度的变化.结果 治疗组总有效率96.74%,对照组总有效率87.50%.2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.治疗组针刺后15、30、90 d的斜视度两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);2组针刺后15、30、90 d斜视度同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 量化针刺手法治疗后天性麻痹性斜视疗效确切.
