Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicines rehabilitation solution on the adjunctive treatment of children spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 300 children spastic cerebral palsy was randomly divided into three groups. 100 cases in control group were treated by routine therapy. 100 patients in treatment group one were treated by combination of Chinese medicines rehabilitation solution hydrotherapy and routine therapy. 100 patients in treatment group two were treated by combination of external therapy of Chinese medicines rehabilitation solution and routine therapy. Muscle tension before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of treat-ment group one and two was differ from that of control group (P〈0.05). Muscle tension after treatment was significantly improved as compared with that before treatment in three groups ( P 〈0.05 ). The improvement in treatment group one and two was more significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Spa and fumigation of Chinese medicines rehabilitation solution has obvious effect on the adjunctive treatment of children spastic cerebral palsy, and is worth of clinical application.%目的 观察中药康复液辅助治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的疗效.方法 将300例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为3组,对照组100例予常规治疗,20d为1个疗程,2个疗程间隔10 d,连续3个疗程.治疗1组100例在对照组治疗基础上加中药康复液水疗,15 d为1个疗程,2个疗程间隔15 d,连续3个疗程.治疗2组100例在对照组治疗基础上加中药康复液熏蒸治疗,20d为1个疗程,2个疗程间隔10 d,连续3个疗程.统计3组临床疗效,现察3组治疗前后肌张力情况.结果 治疗1、2组总有效率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗1、2组临床疗效均优于对照组.3组治疗后肌张力均较本组治疗前比较明显改善(P＜0.05),且治疗1、2组改善较对照组明显(P＜0.05).结论 中药康复液水疗、熏蒸辅助治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫疗效显著,值得临床推广.
