芩翘通窍胶囊薄层鉴别

摘要

目的 建立芩翘通窍胶囊的定性鉴别方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对芩翘通窍胶囊中的黄芩、辛夷、白芷进行薄层鉴别.结果 3种供试品色谱中,在与对照品溶液色谱相应的位置上显示相同颜色的斑点,而阴性色谱图上无相应的斑点.结论 该方法简便,专属性强,是鉴别芩翘通窍胶囊的可行方法.%Objective To establish a method for qualitative identification of Qinqiao Tongqiao capsules. Methods Radix Scutellariae, Flos Magnoliae and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in Qinqiao Tongqiao capsule were I-dentified by TLC method. Results The TLC indicated that three test samples could show the same dust color spot as the reference substance in the same position. And the negative sample on the chromatograph chart showed no corresponding spot. Conclusion The experiment method is simple, specific, is suitable for identifing Qinqiao Tongqiao capsules.
