Objective To observe the effect of combination of Xiaoyao San and pill of six ingredients with rehmannia and mirtszapine on the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods 34 patients with generalized anxiety disorder patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 17 patients took mirtazapine treatment,the treatment group of 17 cases took Xiaoyao San and pill of six ingredients with rehmannia and mirtazapine,and then the therapeutic effect,HAMA score and adverse reaction were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment(94.1％) was higher than that in control group (76.5％,P＜0.05).There was statistically meaningful between before and after treatment on HAMA score in two groups(P＜0.05).HAMA score after treatment was decreased(P＜0.05).Incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group(11.8％) was lower than that in control group (23.5 ％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of Xiaoyao San and pill of six ingredients with rehmannia and mirtazapine has a significant effect on the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,but adverse reaction was little,it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.%目的 观察逍遥散合六味地黄丸加减配合米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效.方法 将34例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为2组,对照组17例采取米氮平治疗,观察组17例采取逍遥散合六味地黄丸加减配合米氮平治疗,观察2组疗效、治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及不良反应.结果 观察组总有效率94.1％,对照组总有效率76.5％,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学有意义(P＜0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组.2组治疗后HAMA评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学有意义(P＜0.05),治疗后明显降低,且观察组较对照组降低明显(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率11.8％,对照组不良反应发生率23.5％,2组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学有意义(P＜0.05),观察组发生不良反应情况明显低于对照组.结论 逍遥散合六味地黄丸加减配合米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑症有显著疗效,而且出现不良反应情况少,值得临床应用推广.
