中药保留灌肠联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎32例临床观察

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on neurological function and homo -cysteine ( Hcy) in patients with acute ischemic stroke .Methods Sixty-four cases of acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups ,32 cases each group .The control group received conventional therapy ,and the test group received Buyanghuanwu decoction in addition to conventional therapy ;the treatment lasted for 21 days.Results The overall effective rate was 87.50%and 62.50%in the two groups respectively ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and homocysteine (Hcy) level signifi-cantly decreased in two groups (P<0.01),and showed significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Buyanghuanwu decoction treatment is proved to be effective for acute ischemic stroke ,its functioning mechanism is related to lowering serum Hcy level and oxidative stress ,and improving cerebral tissue repair after ische-mic injury.%目的：观察中药保留灌肠联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将64例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组32例予中药保留灌肠联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗，对照组32例予单纯盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗，2组均治疗20 d后观察疗效，比较2组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数（ NIH -CPSI ）变化。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后疼痛和不适症状评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低（P＜0．01），治疗组治疗后疼痛和不适症状评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分均低于对照组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。结论中药保留灌肠联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎，能显著改善患者临床症状，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
