目的：观察透穴针刺法对急性期缺血性卒中的临床疗效。方法将105例急性缺血性卒中患者随机分为2组，针刺组53例，对照组52例。对照组予西医常规治疗，针刺组在对照组的基础上采用透穴针刺法干预治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分及功能独立性评定（ FIM）量表评分变化。结果2组治疗后较治疗前神经功能缺损评分均有明显下降（P＜0．01），FIM量表评分均有明显增加（P＜0．01），且针刺组神经功能缺损评分下降幅度及FIM量表评分增加幅度均大于对照组（P＜0．01）；2组神经功能缺损评价及FIM量表评分评价比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．01），针刺组对神经功能缺损及功能独立性改善优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论透穴针刺法治疗急性缺血性卒中具有肯定而确切的临床疗效，能够促进患者的早期肢体神经功能恢复及功能独立，提高患者生活质量，是一种简单方便、经济有效的治疗方法。%Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of circulation needling method on ischemic stroke in acute stage .Methods 105 acute ischemic stroke cases were randomly divided into two groups .53 cases in acupuncture group and 52 cases in control group .Control group received conventional western medicine .Acupuncture group received circulation needling method on the basis of control group treatment .The changes of neurological deficit score and Functional Independence Measurement ( FIM) before and after treatment were observed in two groups .Re-sults Neurological deficit score after treatment was obviously decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups (P<0.01),FIM score was increased (P<0.01).Descend range of neurological deficit score and ascension-al range of FIM score in acupuncture group was greater than that in control group (P<0.01).The improvement of neurologic impairment and functional independence was superior to that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Circulation needling method has definite effect on ischemic stroke in acute stage ,can promote early recovery of limb function and nerve function independently ,improve the quality of life of patients ,and is a simple,cost-effective treat-ment method .
