目的：观察玫瑰解郁汤联合针刺疗法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将60例抑郁症患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为2组，各30例。对照组予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗；治疗组予玫瑰解郁汤联合针刺疗法治疗。均治疗4周后，观察比较2组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分变化，并评定疗效。结果2组痊愈率及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；2组治疗后HAMD及SDS评分与本组治疗前比较均降低差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），且治疗组治疗后较对照组降低更明显（P＜0．05）。结论玫瑰解郁汤联合针刺疗法治疗抑郁症临床疗效确切，可以明显降低HAMD及SDS评分，改善患者抑郁状态，安全可靠。%Objective To observe the clinical effects of Meigui -jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture on depression .Methods 60 patients with depression were random divided into 2 groups according to visiting se-quence ,30 patients in each group .Patients in control group were treated by flupentixol and melitracen tablets .Patients in treatment group were treated by Meigui -jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture .4 weeks after treatment ,the score of Hamilton's depression scale ( HAMD) and self-rating depression scale ( SDS) were observed and compared before and after treatment in two groups ,and the curative effect was evaluated .Results There were statistical signifi-cance between two groups on cure rate and total effective rate before and after treatment (P<0.05),the curative effect in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group .There were statistical significance between two groups on the score of HAMD and SDS before and after treatment (P<0.05).The scores were decreased in two groups (P<0.05),and the decreased in treatment group was more distinct than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Meigui-jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture on depression has an exact effect ,safe and relia-ble,can markedly reduce the score of HAMD and SDS ,and improve depressive state .
