Objective To observe the clinical effects of Tongxinluo Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium combination tablet and trimetazidine hydrochloride tablet on angina pectoris.Method 74 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.All patients received conventional drug therapy including β-receptor blocker, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), aspirin and nitrates are routinely treated, etc.The control group (n=35) was treated by atorvastatin calcium combination tablet and trimetazidine hydrochloride tablet.The treatment group (n=39) was treated by Tongxinluo Capsule on the basis of the control group.A treatment course was 4 weeks that continuously treatment for 3 courses.The attack frequency of angina pectoris and the duration of each attack before and after treatment were observed in two groups.The cardiac function indexes including left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), and blood lipids indexes including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) before and after treatment were compared in two groups.Results The attack frequency of angina pectoris and the duration of each attack after treatment reduced in two groups (P<0.05), and the reduction in treatment group was more obvious (P<0.05).The LVEDD and LVESD after treatment reduced in two groups (P<0.05), and the LVEF increased (P<0.05).The LVEDD and LVESD after treatment in treatment group were lower than that in control group (P<0.01), and the LVEF higher (P<0.01).The TC, TG and LDL-C after treatment reduced in treatment group (P<0.05), and HDL-C increased (P<0.05).The TC and TG after treatment reduced in control group (P<0.05).The TC, TG and LDL-C after treatment in treatment group were lower than that in control group (P<0.01), and HDL-C higher (P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo Capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium combination tablet and trimetazidine hydrochloride tablet on angina pectoris is significantly better than the simple application of atorvastatin calcium combination tablets, trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets.%目的 观察通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片、盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 将74例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组,均予β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、阿司匹林及硝酸酯类等药物常规治疗.对照组35例予阿托伐他汀钙片、盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,治疗组39例在对照组治疗基础上加通心络胶囊治疗.2组均4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程.观察2组治疗前后每月心绞痛发作次数及每次发作持续时间;比较2组治疗前后心功能指标[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左室射血分数(LVEF)]变化及血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]变化.结果 2组治疗后每月心绞痛发作次数及每次发作持续时间均较本组治疗前减少(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后减少更明显(P<0.05).2组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),LVEF较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01),LVEF高于对照组治疗后(P<0.01).治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后TC、TG均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01),HDL-C高于对照组治疗后(P<0.01).结论 通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片、盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病心绞痛,临床疗效显著优于单纯应用阿托伐他汀钙片、盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗.
