目的 观察穴位埋线治疗慢性、顽固性疾病的临床疗效.方法 收集各种慢性、顽固性疾病170例,在辨证论治指导下给予穴位埋线治疗,每隔20 d治疗1次,5次为1个疗程.记录临床疗效、治疗次数,进行统计学分析.结果 治疗170例慢性、顽固性疾病患者,总有效率97.65%.其中妇科疾病31例,总有效率96.77%;消化科疾病32例,总有效率100%;五官科疾病30例,总有效率96.66%;外科疾病25例,总有效率100%;神经内科疾病27例,总有效率96.29%;其他疾病25例,总有效率96.00%.按照疾病类型统计,各科疾病比较疗效均无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明穴位埋线适应证较为广泛,均能取得较好疗效.结论 穴位埋线治疗慢性、顽固性疾病疗效稳定确切,值得临床推广.%Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupoint catgut-embedding on the treatment of chronic and intractable diseases.Methods 170 cases of chronic and intractable diseases were collected, which were treated by acupoint catgut-embedding under the guidance of syndrome differentiation, treated 1 times every 20 d, 5 times was a treatment course.The clinical effects and treatment times were recorded and evaluated.Results The total effective rate of 170 patients with chronic and intractable diseases was 97.56%.And 31 cases were gynecological disease, the total effective rate was 96.77%.32 cases were digestive disease, the total effective rate was 100%.30 cases were ENT disease, the total effective rate was 96.66%.25 cases were surgical disease, the total effective rate was 100%.27 cases were neurological disease, the total effective rate was 96.29%.25 cases were other disease, the total effective rate was 96.00%.According to the type of diseases to statistics, there was no statistical difference on the effects of each disease (P>0.05), which indicated acupoint catgut-embedding had wider indications, can achieve better curative effect.Conclusion Acupoint catgut-embedding has stable and exact effects on treatment of chronic and intractable diseases, worthy of clinical promotion.
