中西医结合卒中单元管理模式对脑梗死急性期患者智能障碍恢复的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察中西医结合卒中单元管理模式对脑梗死急性期患者智能障碍恢复的影响.方法 将160例脑梗死急性期患者随机分为2组,对照组80例应用西医卒中单元管理模式,治疗组80例应用中西医结合卒中单元管理模式.2组均治疗4周,比较2组疗效,治疗前及治疗后4周、3个月、6个月应用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)及Barthel指数评定量表进行疗效评价.结果 治疗组总有效率78.75%,对照组60.00%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组.2组治疗后MMSE评分、Barthel指数评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),NIHSS评分降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后MMSE评分、Barthel指数评分均高于对照组治疗后同期(P<0.05),NIHSS评分低于对照组治疗后同期(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合卒中单元管理模式对脑梗死急性期患者智能障碍的恢复有较好疗效.%Objective To evaluate the effects of management pattern of stroke unit with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on intelligent obstacle recovery in patients with acute cerebral Infarction.Methods 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=80) was treated with the management pattern of stroke with western medicine, and the treatment group (n=80) was treated with the management pattern of stroke unit with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, continuously treatment for 4 weeks.The curative effects were compared between two groups.The ability of daily living (ADL) was evaluated by Simple Intelligent Mental State Examination (MMSE), the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and the Barthel Index Rating Scale before and 4 weeks, 3 and 5 months after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group (78.75%) was superior to that in control group (60.00%, P<0.05).The scores of MMSE and Barthel Index after treatment were increased in two groups (P<0.05), and the NIHSS score was decreased (P<0.05).The scores of MMSE and Barthel index after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in control group at the same period (P<0.05), and the NIHSS score was lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Management patter of stroke unit with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has better effects on intelligent obstacle recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
