温度对草金鱼幼鱼生长和耗氧率的影响

摘要

观测了不同温度对草金鱼幼鱼生长和耗氧率的影响。分别在20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃、32℃五个温度下喂养草金鱼幼鱼（15．76±0．17 g ）30 d。结果表明：不同温度下草金鱼的特定生长率无显著差异（P＞0．05）。温度对草金鱼的单位体重耗氧率有极显著影响（P＜0．001）。不同温度组草金鱼的个体耗氧率有显著差异（P＜0．05）。%This work investigated the effects of temperature on growth and oxygen consumption rate of juvenile goldfish .Fishes (15 .76 ± 0 .17 g) were reared for 30 days at 20 ℃ ,23 ℃ ,26 ℃ ,29 ℃ and 32 ℃ ,respectively .The temperature did not affect specific growth rate of the fishes in all treatments (P>0 .05) .The mass-specific oxygen consumption rate was extremely significantly affected by dif‐ferent temperature (P<0 .001) .The individual oxygen consumption rate of fishes at different temper‐ature showed obviously different (P<0 .05) .
