万能轧机热装镶套水平轧辊辊环应力分析

摘要

In the paper, the stress of the roll ring in the H beam mill is analyzed. The result shows that the shrink stress is the max stress. Conclusion:enhance the friction coefficient can improve the stress statue of the ring and the best way is to apply the conglutination technology.%通过对万能轧机热装镶套水平轧辊辊环的应力分析比较得出对万能轧机热装镶套水平轧辊辊环作用最大的应力为热装应力,提高辊环与辊芯之间的摩擦系数和采用粘接镶套是改善辊环受力状态的有效途径。
