一种新型CPC控制系统的设计及应用

本文介绍了一种在检测和控制过程中采用全数字信号的新型CPC控制系统,该系统以红外线为检测光源,以CCD为检测元件,并介绍了系统原理、安装、标定以及性能指标.经实践表明,该系统可以从根本上消除外界光干扰,比现有普通系统更精确、稳定、可靠.%A novel CPC control system which adopts all-digital signal in the precess of detection and control is introduced. The system takes infrared as the test light source, and CCD as detecting device. The principle, installation , calibration and performance indexes of the system is introduced. Compared with the existing general system, the practical application of the system indicates that the new CPC control system can fundamentally e-liminate the interference from outside light source, and is more precise, stable and reliable
