The influence of strain hardening index n value at different r values on the drawing performance of sheet matal during the drawing forming process of cylinder cup was investigated by the simulation of the finite element software PAM - STAMP 2G. It can be seen from the results that the limit drawing ratio of the sheet metal is increased with the increase of anisotropy coefficient. There is great influence of the hardening index n value on limit drawing ratio at smaller r value while the influence is small at bigger r value. The limit drawing ratio could be increased by the way of increasing hardening index n value when r value is small.%应用有限元软件PAM - STAMP 2G研究了圆筒形件拉深成形过程中不同厚向各向异性系数条件下硬化指数n值对板料拉深性能的影响.研究结果表明,随着厚向各向异性系数的增大,板料的极限拉深比增大.在小厚向各向异性系数的情况下,硬化指数对板料的拉深性能影响大;在大厚向各向异性系数的情况下,硬化指数对板料拉深性能的影响不大.在小的厚向各向异性系数r值下,可以通过增加板料的硬化指数n值来增大板料极限拉深比.
