160MN电动螺旋压力机的研究

摘要

主要分析了国内目前最大规格的160MN电动螺旋压力机机械结构和性能,介绍了电气控制系统的控制策略和主要功能,并与国外同等规格的电动压力机进行了参数和性能的分析对比.结果表明:国产电动螺旋压力机的各项性能指标已经基本达到了国际当前水平,从性价比上看国产电动螺旋压力机是优选对象.%The mechanical structure and performance of 160 MN electric screw press which is biggest at home are analyzed in this paper.The control strategy and functions of its electrical control system are introduced.It is compared with the foreign electric screw press in same dimension in the aspects of parameter and performance.The results show that its every performance index has already reached the world level and its cost performance is better than the foreign electric screw press.
