热镀锌线上锌锅升降装置的优化设计

摘要

在国内带钢连续热镀锌线上，锌锅升降基本上采用液压升降装置或者进口的机械式升降装置。本文介绍了上海西重所公司重型机械成套有限公司自主开发设计的机械式锌锅升降机电一体化装置，该装置填补了国内空白。本文对该装置关键部件、传动系统进行优化设计。经实际工业生产证明设备性能良好。%In domestic steel strip continuous hot galvanizing line , the zinc pot lifting is basically a hydraulic lifting device or import a mechanical lifting device .This article describes the design of the self-developed me-chanical zinc pot lifting mechatronic devices , to fill the domestic blank in this field .Explain how the key com-ponents and transmission system is optimized design .Proved by actual industrial production equipment perform-ance is good .
