风力发电机组机舱内部气流组织优化方法研究

     

摘要

To study the heat dissipation performance inside the nacelle structure of the megawatt grade wind turbine,three different air distribution s of bottom to side,side to tail and side to side are proposed on the basis of typical structure of bottom to tail.The CFD software is used to analyze the temperature field of the four different air distributions inside the nacelle,and the results of the numerical simulation are compared.In the course of studying,a new method of evaluating the air distributions uniformity based on the heat source perturbation is proposed,and the problem of evaluating the air distributions uniformity without reference has been solved.The results show that the bottom to top method whose temperature field is proven to be the best in all forms.%针对兆瓦级风力发电机组机舱内部结构散热性能问题,在“下送尾排”式典型机舱散热布局的基础上,提出了“下送侧排”式、“侧送尾排”式和“侧送侧排”式等三种不同的散热气流组织形式.利用CFD软件对四种不同的机舱散热气流组织形式进行了温度场数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行对比.在此过程中,提出了一种基于热源扰动的气流组织均匀性评价新方法,解决了无参照状态下机舱散热气流组织的孤本评价难题.模拟结果表明:“下送侧排”式是四种不同的散热气流组织形式中最好的散热布局结构.
