根据生产条件，对1800 mm以上特大型支承辊表淬热处理工艺进行了优化，成功实现采用台车式热处理炉对特大型支承辊进行表淬。%According to the production condition , It carries out the optimization for the surface quenching heat treatment process of extra large back-up roll with diameter more than 1800mm, and successfully realizes the surface quenching of extra large back-up roll by bogie type heat treatment furnace .
