电渣重熔振动电极方法研究

摘要

介绍一种电渣重熔振动电极方法，从理论上分析了该方法的技术优势并进行了初步试验验证。结果表明：在同等试验条件下，振动电极方法比传统电渣重熔过程平均节能10％以上，并且电渣锭凝固质量更好。%This paper introduces a method of electroslag remelting process with vibration electrode , and analyses the technique advantages theoretically and experimentally .The result show that the energy saving in this method is more 10%than that in the traditional ESR process under the same experimental condition , and the quality of solidification is improved as well .
