摘要

According to the manufacturing procedure of heavy forgings for reactor pressure vessel of nuclear power plant and the typical quality issues appeared during the manufacturing process , by combining ASME and ASTM specifi-cations, as well as the relevant technical requirements for manufacturing , the key requirements of manufacturing process for reactor pressure vessel , the key points of quality control and the optimization of heat treatment parameters have been described .%根据反应堆压力容器大型锻件的制造过程及制造中存在的典型质量问题，结合ASME、ASTM标准以及相关制造技术文件要求，阐述了反应堆压力容器大型锻件制造关键工序要求、质量控制关键要点以及热处理工艺参数的优化。
