钢包炉冶炼超低硫钢研究

         

摘要

The slag sampled during the multiple furnaces refining process has been analyzed , and then the thermo-dynamic calculation has been carried out , so as to find the effective method of desulfurization .The calculated results and the production practice indicated that when the current slag basicity R was in the range of 2.9 ~4.0, by strengthening the diffusive deoxidation , the sulfur in the steel could be removed effectively , as so to make sure that the sulfur content in the molten steel was equal to or less than 0.002%.Therefore, the requirements for smelting ultra low sulfur steel can be satisfied .%通过对多炉精炼过程熔渣的取样分析并进行热力学计算,寻找有效脱硫的途径。计算结果和生产实践表明,在当前熔渣碱度R=2.9~4.0时,加强扩散脱氧操作,可以有效的去除钢中的硫,保证钢水中[ S]≤0.002%,满足冶炼超低硫钢的要求。
