渗碳齿轮钢18CrNiMo7-6低倍夹杂缺陷的分析研究

         

摘要

By adopting the macroscopic and microscopic examination and the scanning electron microscope exami -nation, the chemical composition of macroscopic inclusion defects of carburized gear steel 18CrNiMo7-6 has been ana-lyzed.The main component of inclusions has been determined to be Al 2 O3 .The reason for inclusions was that many deoxidization products had no time to go up and turned into the inclusions which left in the molten steel .By analyzing the amount of Al content during the smelting process , under the condition with certain amount of Al content per ton of steel, the appearance of inclusions could be decreased by means of increasing the Al content for precipitation deoxida -tion and reducing the Al content of diffusion deoxidation .%采取低倍、高倍检测以及扫描电镜对渗碳齿轮用钢18CrNiMo7-6低倍夹杂缺陷进行成分分析,判定夹杂主要成分是Al2 O3。产生夹杂的原因是较多的脱氧产物没有来得及上浮,形成夹杂物留在钢液中。通过对冶炼过程用铝量分析,在吨钢用铝量一定的前提下,提高沉淀脱氧用铝量,降低扩散脱氧用铝量,可减少夹杂物的产生。
