摘要

传统支承辊表淬用吊卡头需在辊颈额外增加余量，且需镗孔。改进后的吊卡头无需增加余量，直接车床加工，操作安全可靠。%Lifting head used for surface quenching of traditional backup roll is needed to increase allowance on journal and bore a hole.The improved lifting head isn't needed to increase allowance and can be machined directly on lathe and can be operated safely and stably.
