T 形大锻件自由锻成形过程有限元分析

摘要

对T形截面锻件结构进行了分析，确定了工艺方案制定的基本原则。通过有限元方法对四种可能的T形截面锻件锻造方法进行了数值模拟，阐述了各种方法可能出现的锻造缺陷及适用范围，并对T形截面长锻件工艺方案设计中应注意的问题进行了总结。%The basic principle of process formulation is confirmed by analyzing the structure of forging with T-shaped section.Numerical simulation is performed for four kinds of forging methods for the forging with T-shaped sec-tion.The possible forging defects and application scope of every method are described.The attentive problems in process design for the forging with T-shaped section are summarized.
