具有相同F7标识的空气过滤器过滤性能对比实验

摘要

Performs experiments according to EN 779:2012 and real-time monitoring test method,and compares two bag-type air filters sold as class F7 .The result indicates that their real efficiencies are different greatly even for the same class label,and the impact of electrostatic effect is great.Suggests that a new regulation should be added in new version of the standard in the future:the discharging procedure must be carried out before dust loading test.%依据EN 779：2012标准方法及实时监测测试方法对两种市场标识为F7的袋式过滤器的实际运行性能进行了实验测试。结果显示两种过滤器的实际过滤效率差别较大，研究发现静电作用影响较大，建议新标准中规定在进行过滤器容尘实验前需作消静电处理。
