Combined with the author' s practical experiences and understanding of relevant regulations and standards,presents some experiences for management of production license.%《制冷设备产品生产许可证实施细则》2004年开始实施，但是在具体实施过程中仍存在一些难题和困惑。介绍了冷水机组生产许可证的具体要求，以及获证后的管理控制。结合笔者的经验总结以及对相关法规和标准的理解，给出了生产许可证管理的一些经验。
