先进压水堆核电厂汽机房通风系统模拟研究

     

摘要

以某先进压水堆核电厂汽机房为研究对象,计算了汽机房的散热量,获得了各层散热量分布情况.在构建汽机房几何结构的基础上,建立了汽机房内空气流动与传热过程的理论模型并进行了数值计算,开展了4种通风方案情况下的空气流动与传热的模拟研究.依据模拟所得的室内流场情况,采用能量利用系数等指标对4种通风方式进行了综合评价.研究结果表明:通风方案对工作区平均温度低于32℃区域所占比例有较大影响,选用含机械进风通风方案在降低工作区温度方面具有优势.机械进风、机械排风的通风方案是汽机房通风系统的优选方案.%Focusing on the turbine house of an advanced nuclear power plant with pressurized water reactor,calculates the heat release of the turbine house,and obtains its distribution map on the each floor.Builds a geometrical structure of the turbine house,develops a theoretical model of the air flow and heat transfer process in the turbine house and numerically analyses the air flow and heat transfer characteristics under four kinds of ventilation scheme.According to the simulation result of indoor flow filed,comprehensively evaluates four kinds of ventilation scheme with the non-uniform coefficient and energy utilization coefficient.The results indicate that,the proportion of area at average temperature below 32 ℃ is significantly influenced by the ventilation scheme.The ventilation scheme with mechanical air supply is beneficial for the reduction of air temperature in working area.The ventilation scheme with mechanical air supply and exhaust is preferred for the turbine house.
