Effect of cooling in water,air and furnace from 820 ℃、900 ℃、980 ℃ and 1030 ℃ respectively on microstructure and hardness of a TA15 titanium alloy was investigated.The results show that with the increase of heating temperature primary equiaxed αphase decreases,metastable βphase decomposes and forms fine secondary acicular αs phase,and that as the cooling rate becomes lower the microstructure of TA15 alloy transforms into acicular and lamellar(α+β)phase.In addition,the microhardness of TA15 alloy increases with the increase of heating temperature,but the cooling manners have a little effect on the microhardness.%研究了从820℃、900℃、980℃和1030℃水冷、空冷和炉冷对 TA15钛合金微观组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,随着加热温度的升高,初生等轴α相不断减少,亚稳定β相不断分解,形成细小的次生针状α相(αs );随着冷却速度的降低,合金的组织向针状和片状(α+β)相转变。显微硬度随加热温度的升高而提高,而冷却方式对其硬度影响不大。
