严寒地区海洋石油平台用热轧H型钢焊接接头的组织和性能

         

摘要

采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了严寒地区海洋石油用热轧H型钢药芯焊丝电弧焊接接头的显微组织和冲击断口。对焊接接头进行了拉伸、冲击和显微硬度测试。结果表明,该焊接接头的组织均匀,基本由针状铁素体和珠光体构成;接头的拉伸性能和冲击韧度均满足EN 10225-2009的要求,接头各部位的硬度均高于母材。%Microstructure and impact fracture of a flux-cored arc welded(FCAW)joint of hot-rolled H-shaped steel which is intended for offshore oil drilling platform in rigid zones were investigated by OM and SEM.The joint was subjected to tensile,impact and micro-hardness tests.The results show that the joint exhibits homogeneous microstructure basically composed of acicular ferrite and pearlite,and that its tensile properties and impact toughness all conform with the EN 10225-2009.In addition,hardness throughout the joint is higher than that of the base material.
