目的：观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法：将年龄在4个月至2岁具有典型症状的200例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例，对照组给予液体疗法，口服思密达，微生态制剂，饮食指导等常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用喜炎平注射液5mg/（kg·d），用5%～10%葡萄糖注射液稀释后静滴，每日一次，疗程5～7天。对比分析两组治疗效果。结果：①两组在退热、止吐和止泻等主要症状所需时间比较，差异均有统计学意义，治疗组明显短于对照组（P＜0.01）。②治疗组的显效率为93％，显著优于对照组的显效率75％（P＜0.01）。不良反应发生率低，偶见皮疹。结论：喜炎平治疗秋季腹泻疗效确切，安全可靠，值得在临床推广。%Objective:the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping injection for infantile autumn diarrhea. Memods:200 examples of children with typical symptoms of autumn diarrhea age of 4 months to 2 years, were randomly divided into two groups. (each 100cases) The controlgroup(n=100)were given comprehensive treatment such as fluid therapy, oral dioctahedral smectite, micro-ecological preparation, diet guide and other conventional treatment; and so on. The treatment group received intravenous drip of 5 mg/( kg·d) of Xiyanping . 5% or l0% of the diluted glucoge injection, intravenous drip, once a day, for the course of 5 to 7 Days. Results: (1)The cure time for fever, vomiting, diarrhea and other major symptoms in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01 ). (2)The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93%and significantly higher than that (75%) in the control group(P<0.01 ). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was also lower and the skin rash was occasionally. Conclusion: Use of Xiyanping injection in the treat-ment of infantile autumn diarrhea has good efficacy and it is safe, precise and reliable. can be generalized in the clinic.
