顺铂与替吉奥联合治疗晚期胃癌临床疗效对比分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of combinedcisplatin and tegafur in treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods: 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin chemotherapy, the observation group was treated withcisplatin and tegafur combined with chemotherapy, were treated for 2 courses. Compared two groups of patients with therapeuticeffect and adverse reaction rate. Results:The treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:To evaluate the clinical effect of cisplatin and tegafur combination therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, high safety,and is worthy of popularization and application.%目的：探讨顺铂与替吉奥联合治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法：选取60例晚期胃癌患者按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂的方案化疗，观察组采用顺铂联合替吉奥的方案化疗，均治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者近期治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：顺铂与替吉奥联合治疗晚期胃癌临床效果较好，安全性高，值得推广应用。
