目的：观察习惯性流产患者临床护理方法及效果。方法：选取我院收治的60例习惯性流产患者，随机将其分为A、B两组。给予A组患者常规护理措施，给予B组患者针对性护理措施，对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果：A组患者治疗总有效率为76.7%，B组患者治疗总有效率为94.3%。后者治疗效果更佳，差异显著具有统计学意义（P<0.05，见表1）。A组患者对护理工作满意度为60.0%，B组患者对护理工作满意度为90.0%。两组对比B组患者对临床护理工作满意度更高，差异显著具有统计学意义（P<0.05，见表2）。结论：针对性地对习惯性流产患者实施护理措施，可有效提高临床治疗效果，提高患者满意度。%Objective:To observe the effect and clinical nursing method of patients with habitual abortion. Methods:In our hospital 60 cases ofhabitual abortion, were randomly divided into A, B two groups. Patients in group A received routine nursing measures for patients in the B group, targeted nursing measures, compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results:The treatment group A patients, the total effective rate was 76.7%, patients in group B were treated withtotal efficiency is 94.3%. The latter better treatment effect, significant difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05, see Table 1.). Group A patients satisfaction with nursing work was 60%, B group of patientssatisfaction with nursing work for 90%. Between the two groups in Bgroup were higher on the clinical nursing job satisfaction, significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, see Table 2).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing measures for patients with habitual abortion, can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the satisfaction of patients.
