目的：探讨流产后关爱（PAC）服务在妇科门诊中的应用价值。方法：将在我院妇科门诊行人工流产的160例妇女随机分为两组，各80例。对照组给予常规处理，研究组给予流产后关爱服务。比较两组的临床效果。结果：研究组对避孕和流产知识掌握、正确使用避孕措施、对服务的满意度较对照组明显增高。一年内的重复流产率较对照组明显降低。两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：PAC对促进女性生殖健康、避免重复流产、提高生活质量有重要意义。%Objective:To study the applied value of post-abortion care in gynecologic outpatient. Method:160 women of artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups in the outpatient gynaecology of our hospital,80 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the study group was given the intervention of PAC service measures. Between the two groups the clinical effects were compared. Result: The mastering of contraceptive and post-abortion knowledge、using the correct contraceptive method、and service satisfaction of the study group were significant higher than those of control group. The rate of repeat abortion within a year was lower than that of control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: PAC plays an active role in promoting women’s reproductive health、 avoiding repeated abortion and improving the quality of life.
