基于当前情况下的慢性肺心病伴随上消化道出血的治护思路研究

摘要

Objective:In patients with chronic cor pulmonale with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treatment and nursing ideas are briefly analyzed.Methods::In March 2012 - December 2013 to our hospital with chronic cor pulmonale patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage as the research object,a total of 120 cases.60 patients with 120 cases of patients,male and female patients with 60 cases. Of 120 patients after clinical treatment ef ect and the nursing ef ect of comparative analysis,and chronic cor pulmonale with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treatment and nursing mode are briefly ana-lyzed.Result:After 8 days of treatment and nursing,120 cases of patients with overal ef ective hemostatic rate of 80%,the ef ect is remarkable.Conclusion:In patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding belongs to cor pulmonale is a common complication,the disease is serious when wil be a direct threat to the patient's life,so the clinical treatment should be enhanced and way to improve the nursing means, of patients with comprehensive protection,the greatest degree to ensure life safety of patients and rehabilitation.%目的：对慢性肺心病伴随上消化道出血患者的治疗方式以及护理思路进行简要分析.方法：选择2012年3月-2013年12月到我院就诊的慢性肺心病伴随上消化道出血的患者为研究调查对象,共计120例.120例患者中,男性患者60例,女性患者60例.对120例患者临床治疗效果以及治疗后的护理效果进行对比分析,从而对慢性肺心病伴随上消化道出血的治疗方式以及护理方式进行简要分析.结果：经过8天的治疗及护理,120例患者总体有效止血率达到80％,效果显著.结论：上消化道出血属于肺心病患者中比较常见的一种并发症,病情十分严重时将直接威胁到患者的生命,所以必须通过加强临床治疗手段以及改善护理手段的方式,对患者进行全方位治护,最大程度保证患者的生命安全以及康复程度.
