寰枢椎横突孔的测量与椎动脉相关研究

摘要

目的：通过观测左右寰椎及枢椎横突孔大小，研究其孔径大小与椎动脉的临床联系，为临床上椎动脉型颈椎病及其相关疾病提供解剖形态学资料。方法：测量30具完整骨架寰椎及枢椎横突孔大小，用游标卡尺对其进行相关数据测量。结果：孔径，左侧寰椎较右侧大，左侧寰椎左右径为0．709±0．158，前后径为0．834±0．141，右侧寰椎左右径为0．675±0．135，前后径为0．725±0．153；左侧枢椎较右侧大，左侧枢椎左右径为0．605±0．121，前后径为0．607±0．122，右侧枢椎左右径为0．557±0．068，前后径为0．569±0．165。结论：根据测量数据表明，左侧寰枢椎横突孔较右侧寰枢椎横突孔大，进一步推测出也许左侧椎动脉直径相较于右侧椎动脉直径略大，可能存在有左椎动脉优势。%Objective:Through observation of size of the left and right atlas and axis's transverse foramen,and through the study of the clinical rela-tionship between the size of aperture and vertebral artery.we therefore can provide information of anatomical morphology for clinical Cervical Spondy-losis of vertebral artery type and associated diseases.Methods:measure the sizes of atlas and axis's transverse foramen of 30 complete and undamaged skeletons by using a vernier caliper.Results:as for aperture,the left atlas is bigger than the right,the left-right diameter of the left atlas is 0.709± 0.158,and the anterior and posterior diameter is 0.834±0.141.the left-right diameter of the right atlas is 0.675±0.135,and the anterior and poste-rior diameter is 0.725±0.153;the left axis is bigger than the right,the left-right diameter of the left axis is 0.605±0.121,and the anterior and pos-terior diameter is 0.607±0.122.the left-right diameter of the right axis is 0.557±0.068,and the anterior and posterior diameter is 0.569±0.165. Conclusion:according to measures indicated that the left atlas and axis's transverse foramens are bigger than the right,to speculate the left size of verte-bral artery diameter is bigger than the right,maybe exist advantage of the left vertebral artery.
