我国卫生体制改革：基于时间和空间维度的分析

摘要

基于时间和空间维度，对卫生体制改革与发展过程进行回顾和梳理，探讨卫生体制改革对卫生系统的影响、改革的路径选择和重点关注的问题，指出均衡可持续的卫生体制改革是有效率的“帕雷托改进”。%This paper r eviewed and combed the reform and development of health system in China based on the time and space dimensions. It explored the effect of reform on health system, as well as the path choice and the issues needed special attention of health system reform. It also pointed out that the balanced and sustainable health system reform was the most effective“pareto improvement”.
