基于实证分析的我国药品支付标准制定研究

摘要

Taking oxaliplatin and acarbose as an example, expenses of drug payers was calculated and analyzed considering the price, payment method and other main factors, in order to provide a reference for the scientific formulation of drug payment standards in China. Finally, it is concluded that the standard of drug payment should be established by using different calculation methods, taking the consistency evaluation as the dividing point and the actual purchase price as the price source.%以奥沙利铂与阿卡波糖为例,综合考虑价格、支付、方法、主体等要素,对药品费用支付主体的费用情况进行计算与分析,为科学制定我国药品支付标准提供参考.最终认为,应以一致性评价为分界点,以实际采购价为价格来源,采用不同计算方法分类制定药品支付标准.
