目的：了解四川蒲江县农村居民的口腔健康状况与口腔护理情况，为今后的口腔护理工作提供理论依据。方法：自行设计问卷，随机抽取600名蒲江县居民进项问卷填写，共发放问卷600份，回收582份。结果：蒲江县居民有治疗口腔相关疾病经历者占50.17%。每天刷牙3次者占6.19%，刷牙时间≥3分钟者占10.16%。结论：蒲江县居民口腔健康状况整体较差，口腔刷牙时长较短，口腔保洁效果不佳，对口腔健康的重视程度较低。建议加强口腔健康的宣传，提高居民的口腔保健意识，各级医院增加对居民的口腔健康检查频率，使居民的口腔健康状况得到改善。%Abstract Objective: to investigate the oral health status of rural residents in Pujiang County, Sichuan Province, and to provide theoretical basis for oral nursing work in the future. Methods: we had a self-designed questionnaire, we randomly selected 600 Pujiang County residents to finish the questionnaire, and we totaly distributed 600 questionnaires, and 582 questionnaires were returned. Results: the residents of Pujiang County who have had the treatment of oral related diseases accounted for 50.17%. People brushing their teeth three times a day accounted for 6.19%, and the people who brushing time is more than or equal to 3 minutes accounted for 10.16%.Conclusion: generaly speaking, the oral health status of residents in Pujiang County is poor, the oral care is poor, and the importance of oral health is lower. Recommend strengthening oral health promotion, improving the oral health awareness of residents, and recommend hospitals at al levels to increase the frequency of oral health examination of the residents, so that the oral health of the residents can improve.
