阴道分娩实施阴部神经阻滞麻醉配合无创接生的临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of vaginal delivery of the implementation of pudendal nerve block anes-thesia combined with noninvasive. Methods Our hospital of 104 cases of vaginal delivery women, were randomLy divided into control group and observation group, each group of 52 cases, control group and implement non-invasive delivery, observation group implementation of pudendal nerve block anesthesia with a midwife, compared two groups of maternal birth outcomes. Results Observation group and vaginal tearing incidence was 9.6%, 32.7%in the control group, compared two groups had significant differ-ence, there is statistical significance(P<0.05);comparison of two groups of puerperas in fetal childbirth, vaginal suture, postpartum pain score, significant differences, were statistically significant (P<0.05);comparison of two groups of maternal postpartum bed ac-tivity time and the average hospitalization time, There was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Vaginal delivery clinical effect of pudendal nerve block anesthesia combined with noninvasive delivery satisfaction, it is worthy of promotion and application.%目的：分析阴道分娩实施阴部神经阻滞麻醉配合无创接生的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的104例阴道分娩产妇，将其随机分为对照组与观察组各52例，对照组实施无创接生，观察组实施阴部神经阻滞麻醉配合无创接生，对比两组产妇的分娩结局。结果观察组阴道撕裂发生率为9.6%，对照组为32.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对比两组产妇在胎儿娩出时、阴道缝合时、产后2 h的疼痛程度评分，均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对比两组产妇的产后下床活动时间与平均住院时间，均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论阴道分娩实施阴部神经阻滞麻醉配合无创接生的临床效果满意，值得推广与应用。
