Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Luohu district and provide scientific evidence for measles prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyze the data of measles in Luohu district from 2008 to 2010. Results The measles incidence in Luohu district were (1.02 ～ 16)/100 000 during 2008 to 2010.45.23％ of total cases appeared in the peak season,which was from May to August and delayed year by year. Children aged 0～6 were the predominant group got infected, accounting for 54.16 ％ of all cases; 35.12％ cases were adult older than 20 years. Only 16.07％ cases were vaccinated. Conclusion It is necessary to establish a long-term institution for controlling measles by routine vaccination, strengthening surveillance,controlling infection among susceptible population.%目的 了解罗湖区麻疹流行情况,为控制麻疹流行提供科学依据.方法 采用描述流行病学方法分析罗湖区2008-2010年麻疹病例个案.结果 2008-2010年罗湖区麻疹发病率波动在1.02/10万～16/10万之间.发病高峰集中在5～8月份,占总病例数的45.23%,呈现高峰月份逐步后移现象.7岁以下儿童为主,占总病例的54.16%,20岁以上人群占总病例数35.12%,有免疫接种史占16.07%.结论 消除麻疹需要建立预防接种长效工作机制,加强成人麻疹疫苗接种,确保常规免疫接种工作落实;并加强麻疹疫情监测,及时对疫点进行处理.
