目的 探讨生物反馈疗法治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎的疗效.方法 168例慢性前列腺炎患者接受生物反馈治疗5~20 d,20 min/次,以慢性前列腺炎评分(NIH-CPSI)及最大尿流率为评价指标,比较其治疗前后临床症状的改善效果.结果 患者治疗前后疼痛症状评分(PS)分别为(16.8±1.7)分和(7.2±1.9)分,排尿症状评分(USS)分别为(7.4±1.4)分和(3.2±1.2)分,生活质量评分(QLS)分别为(8.2±1.5)分和(4.1±1.4)分,最大尿流率(MFR)分别为(16.6±3.7)%和(21.8±4.0)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).尿动力学复查22例,膀胱尿意感觉恢复正常者16例,占72.7% (16/22),逼尿肌括约肌协同失调校正者18例,占81.8% (18/22).结论 生物反馈治疗能够明显改善Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量.%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of biofeedback therapy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods A total of 168 patients diagnosed as chronic prostatitis received biofeedback therapy for 5-20 days, one time per day, 20 minutes per time. The NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index score and uroflowmetry index, such as PS, USS, QLS, MFR, were compared before and after treatment. Results The PS, USS, QLS, MFR before and after treatment were (16.8±1.7) and (7.2±1.9), (7.4±1.4) and (3.2±1.2), (8.2±1.5) and (4.1±1.4), (16.6±3.7)% and (21.8±4.0)%, respectively, showing statistically significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05). Twenty-two patients were reviewed for urine dynamics, 16 of which were found with recovered urinary bladder sensation, accounting for 72.7%, 18 of which regained detrusor muscle coordination, accounting for 81.8%. Conclusion Biofeedback therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of type III prostatitis and the quality of life.
