Objective To analyze the application of closed endotracheal suction in the mechanical ventilation of newborns. Methods Thirty-two newborns scheduled for mechanical ventilation were treated with closed endotracheal suction. The variations in heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), oxygen saturation (SPO2) before and after closed endotracheal suction were observed. The lung sounds, incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was also observed. Results After closed endotracheal suction, SpO2, MAP and HR had different degrees of fluctuation, with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Lung sounds were clear after suctioning, and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was 6.25%. Conclusion The implementation of closed endotracheal suction in mechanical ventilation is safe and effective.%目的 分析密闭式吸痰在新生儿机械通气治疗中的应用效果及护理方法.方法 对32 例需要采 取机械通气治疗的新生儿实施密闭式吸痰,观察患儿吸痰前后的血氧饱和度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)及心率 (HR)的变化,同时观察吸痰前后呼吸音的变化、呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,并加强病情观察护理、密闭式吸痰 系统管理及基础护理.结果 密闭式吸痰前后患儿HR、MAP、SpO2均有不同程度的波动,但治疗前后差异无统 计学意义(P>0.05);患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为6.25%.结论 密闭式吸痰过程中患儿生命体征平稳,吸痰 效果满意,是一种安全有效的吸痰方法.
