Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography com-bined with mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods 150 patients with early breast cancer in our hospital were randomly selected in this study. The results of pathologic examination were considered as the gold standard and the accurate diagnostic rate of high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography, mammography and the combination of these two were analysed. Results In 150 cases of early breast cancer patients diagnosed by patholog-ic examination, 119 cases were consistent with the diagnosis with high-grequency color doppler ultrasonography group (79.3%), and 17 patients were misdiagnosis (34.0%) and 14 cases were missed diagnosis (9.3%). In mammogra-phy group, there were 113 cases with consistent diagnosis (75.3%), 21 cases with misdiagnosis (14.0%) and 16 cases with missed diagnosis (10.6%). In combination group, there were 147 cases with consistent diagnosis (98.0%), 2 cases with misdiagnosis (1.3%) and 1 case with missed diagnosis (0.6%). There were significant differences in the lump, ti-ny calcification, abnormal vascular characteristics or blood flow signals and the pathologic result of axillary lymph node enlargement in patients. Conclusion Comparison with HFCDU or mammography alone, HFCDU combined with mammography could significantly enhance the accurate diagnosis rate of early breast cancer.%目的：研究高频彩色多普勒超声联合X线钼靶在诊断早期乳腺癌中的临床应用价值。方法将在我院进行治疗的150例早期乳腺癌患者作为观察对象，以病理检查结果为标准，对高频多普勒彩超与X线钼靶及其联合诊断的准确率进行综合分析。结果150例经病理检验确诊的早期乳腺癌患者中，多普勒彩超的诊断符合人数为119例，占79.3%，误诊人数为17例，占34.0%，漏诊人数为14例，占9.3%；X线钼靶的诊断符合人数为113例，占75.3%，误诊人数为21例，占14.0%，漏诊人数为16例，占10.6%，联合诊断符合人数为147例，占98.0%，误诊人数为2例，占1.3%，漏诊人数为1例，占0.6%。患者肿块、微小钙化、异常血管特征或血流信以及腋窝淋巴结肿大等病理检出特征差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频多普勒彩超与X线钼靶在诊断早期乳腺癌上各具长处，联合两种方法综合判断，有助于提升早期乳腺癌的诊断准确率。
