RASAL2与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要

RASAL2 gene plays an important role in the genesis and progression of malignant tumors. In liver cancer, the methylation of RASAL2 promoter will boost the proliferation and development of tumor cells. In lung can-cer, ovarian cancer and many other cancers, RASAL2 can inhibit tumor oncogenesis and metastasis through inhibition of epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) and regulation of the activity of RHO. Besides, RASAL2 can also promote the invasion and metastasis of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) by regulating RAC1 indirectly. This paper reviews the related studies on the function of RASAL2 gene.%RASAL2基因在恶性肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用.在肝癌中,RASAL2启动子的甲基化会促进肿瘤细胞的增殖和产生.在肺癌、卵巢癌等肿瘤中,RASAL2通过抑制上皮-间质转化,调控RHO活动等来抑制肿瘤的产生和转移.同时,RASAL2也能通过间接调控RAC1来促进三阴性乳腺癌的(TNBC)的入侵和转移等.本文对RASAL2基因功能相关研究进展做一综述
