协同护理干预对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing intervention on the limb motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 88 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, who admitted to Department of Neurology of Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan Affiliated to Southern Medical University from January 2016 to December 2016, were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with the application of collaborative nursing intervention. The treatment of course was 3 months. Before and after the intervention, the simplified Fugl-Meyer scale (FMA) and functional ambu-lation (FAC) and stroke specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL) was evaluated. At the same time, the satisfaction rate was recorded. Results After 3 months of intervention, the FMA, FAC and SS-QOL in the observation group were (61.52 ± 23.46), (8.25 ± 1.47), (144.02 ± 18.38), respectively, which were significantly higher than (46.14 ± 19.06), (6.31 ± 1.38), (134.27±13.06) the control group (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction was 93.18%in the observation group versus 77.27%in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Collaborative nursing intervention can improve the limb movement ability and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.%目的 探讨协同护理干预对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响.方法 选择南方医科大学附属小榄人民医院神经内科于2016年1~12月期间收治的88例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组44例,对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者联合应用协同护理干预,3个月为一个疗程.干预前后,采用简化Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、功能性步行分级(FAC)评价患者肢体运动功能及步行能力,采用脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评价患者的生活质量.干预后调查满意度.结果 干预3个月后,观察组患者的FMA、FAC和SS-QOL评分分别为(61.52±23.46)分、(8.25±1.47)分、(144.02±18.38)分,明显高于对照组的(46.14±19.06)分、(6.31±1.38)分、(134.27±13.06)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为93.18%,明显高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 协同护理干预可以提高脑梗死患者的肢体运动能力及生活质量.
